I’m Dreaming Of A Pink Christmas Party!

Today’s the day follks!!! Our big party reveal with Fujifilm Instax! We dreamed up multiple different DIY Holiday projects using the FUJIFILM Instax® SQUARE SQ10 and FUJIFILM Instax® SHARE SP-3 SQ printer and I can’t wait to share them all with you! If you couldn’t already tell from the title of this post (Ha!), this party is going to be a pink Winter dream, and it’s one of my favorite things we’ve done all year!  Ever since we got our studio space, I’ve been dreaming of having bigger, pink-er parties and this is just the first of many!!

We’re super excited to partner with Fujifilm Instax, one of our favorite brands, on this post! You guys always see me and Kyle taking out our Instax cameras when we go to events or when we travel to new places, and we now have three albums full of just Instax photos of some of our favorite adventures. When the holidays are in full swing, it can sometimes be overwhelming to pick out gifts for all your family and friends, PLUS decorate for the season, but with this party, I hope we can give you inspiration for both! Not only did we love thinking up all these fun ideas for you, they were fun to create, and really helped get everyone at Aww Sam in the holiday spirit! Let’s get into showing you more of this colorful party!!!

We used the FUJIFILM Instax® SHARE SP-3 SQ printer and FUJIFILM Instax® SQUARE film to print out photos of our friends to stick onto all of their gifts. The printer is perfect for getting this project ready ahead of time! You can grab photos of your friends from their social media accounts and print them out using the Instax SHARE app! Seriously, it’s that easy!!! We glued on construction paper antlers and a pom pom nose to Holiday-ify our friends and turn them into reindeer. 😉 You can even print photos from Instagram based on a hashtag. Create a hashtag for your party (ours was #AwwSamPinkChristmas) and you can print out photos the day after and have a tangible reminder of all of the fun you had!

By wrapping up large shipping boxes in craft paper, you can create these giant presents! Not only are they a great way to incorporate some larger decor items, but they make for the PERFECT props for your Instax photos! Plus, who wouldn’t want a giant gift?! Ha!

We created these awesome DIY holiday themed frames for the film as well!  What better way to incorporate your friends and family into your holiday fun than by hanging them on your tree?  The FUJIFILM Instax® SQUARE SQ10 is perfect for getting the best shots of your friends, because it allows you to take multiple shots and review them before picking out your favorite to print!  Plus, it has built in filters for taking the photos, and even lets you do double exposures! And to make it even easier to create these ornament frames, we’re giving you the free printable for the frame at the end of the post!

To print out your own Instax frames, follow this link and download the file! All you have to do is print out the file in the exact size we’ve given, cut out the frame, fold on the dotted lines, and place your favorite photos of your family or friends inside! Tip: we recommend printing them on cardstock so they don’t easily get bent!

The FUJIFILM Instax® SHARE SP-3 SQ printer is super portable, and all you need to do is have the Instax SHARE app downloaded and connect to the SP-3 WiFi connection. I know what I’m going to be carrying around with me to hang out with friends from now on! We grabbed the above photos off of our Instagram account, and within a few seconds, we had it printed out and ready to be used in our Holiday DIY projects!

  1. I can’t seem to access the link for the instax frames. It says the link is “here” but there is no hyperlink.

Would love to print some myself! Thanks.
